TERMS OF SERVICE

AAL (APKA APNA LAUNDRY) PLATFORM

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AAL (APKA APNA LAUNDRY) platform and related software services (together, “Services”) provided by Celestial IT Verse Private Limited (“Company”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Celestial IT Verse Private Limited is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with registered office at 1/D-6 Sector-1, Gomti Nagar Vistar, Lucknow- 226010, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Services Description

The Services provide software tools and applications delivered via the internet to help businesses in the laundry and dry cleaning industry manage operations, customer management, billing, order tracking, staff management, analytics reporting and more. You may access the Services using any popular modern internet browser or mobile applications.

AAL (APKA APNA LAUNDRY) offers a comprehensive suite of tools tailored to optimize laundry and dry-cleaning operations for businesses. The platform includes:

  •   Point of Sale (POS) system for transaction processing
  •   Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  •   Order management and tracking system
  •   Staff management and tracking
  •   Multi-store management capabilities
  •   GST-compliant invoicing and billing
  •   Reporting and analytics dashboard
3. User Accounts

To use the Services, you must register for a user account by providing complete and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user credentials and all account activities. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized account use.

You must be at least 18You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Business users must have proper authorization to bind their organizations to these Terms.

4. Use Restrictions

The Client and its Users may only use the AAL Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

  •   Using the Services to violate any laws or regulations
  •   Copying, redistributing, decompiling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of the Services
  •   Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading user account information
  •   Uploading, storing, or transmitting viruses, malware, or illicit content using the Services
  •   Harassing, threatening, or disseminating libelous statements about the Company
  •   Accessing or using Services beyond the scope of assigned user roles and permissions
  •   White-labeling, branding or suggesting it as one’s own product/service
  •   Reselling data, metrics, insights, or outputs from the Services to compete with Company offerings
  •   Using the Services beyond the intended scope or capacity levels of your subscription plan
5. Billing and Payments

Access to paid features and services requires the purchase of a subscription plan. Subscription fees will be displayed to you prior to purchase.

  •   The company reserves the right to adjust pricing for subscription plans on renewal with 30 days advance notice
  •   Subscription plan payments are charged automatically on a monthly or annual basis
  •   Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards and online payment platforms
  •   You must provide valid and up-to-date payment information to process subscription payments
  •   Your subscription will automatically renew unless you notify Company at least 30 days in advance
  •   Accounts that are delinquent over 30 days may be subject to termination
  •   All payment amounts are due immediately upon receipt of invoice
  •   Company may invoice applicable GST (18%) and other taxes where required by law
6. Termination

You may terminate your subscription by contacting the Company directly.

No Refunds: AAL offers no refunds for any unused services, regardless of the reason for termination. This includes, but is not limited to, clients who choose not to use the service, fail to onboard, or terminate the contract mid way. You will also be liable to pay any due amount for the contracted period if such payments are pending.

Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Services upon reasonable belief of your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

7. Data Ownership
  •   You grant Company permission to access, store, transmit and process such data to provide the Services
  •   Company will not review, share, distribute or reference your data without consent, except where required by law
  •   You may export and retrieve your full data at any time through self-service data export tools
  •   Upon termination, Company reserves the right to delete all client data after a notice period of 30 days
  •   Where personal data is uploaded, you represent all required consents under data protection regulations have been obtained
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ₹10,000 OR THE FEES YOU PAID TO COMPANY IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE FIRST EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation first, and if unsuccessful, through the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Service Level Agreement

AAL is committed to providing a reliable service with a 99% uptime guarantee. In the event that uptime falls below 99%, clients may claim service credits for each day of downtime.
Clients must notify AAL within 72 hours of any downtime occurrence to claim service credits.

12. Modification of Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms upon notice to you at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email with at least 30 days advance notice.

Your continued use of the Services after the notice period shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
