This Shipping and Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Celestial IT Verse Private Limited through the AAL platform, including software subscriptions, hardware products, and professional services. We don’t facilitate any kind of direct or indirect delivery shipments for our customers.

Software subscriptions and platform access:
- Immediate access upon successful payment and account verification
- Platform setup and configuration within 24-48 hours
- User training and onboarding support provided
- Technical support during implementation phase
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Policy
AAL generally does not offer refunds for services. However, refunds may be considered in the following specific circumstances:
3.2 Software Subscription Refunds
Limited refund scenarios:
- 7-day refund period for new subscribers if platform cannot be successfully set up
- Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions if cancelled within 15 days of purchase
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 10-15 business days
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellation terms:
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting support
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
- No partial refunds for cancelled subscriptions
- Account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- Reactivation possible within 30 days of cancellation
